At Trust Jesus Movement, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Apparel Returns

Eligible apparel may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. This includes T-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, youth apparel, and hats.

To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with any original tags attached.

Trying an item on for size is fine. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for an ordinary return.

Stickers & Wristbands

All stickers and wristbands are final sale, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This restriction does not affect your rights under applicable law.

How to Start a Return

Contact 1413jupiter@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your name, order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

Our customer care team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not mail merchandise back before receiving return instructions.

Exchanges

Need another size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Size exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll explain your eligible return or refund options.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on ordinary returns and size exchanges.

If we sent the wrong merchandise or an item arrived damaged or defective, we'll work with you to provide the appropriate correction, including return shipping where applicable, at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

After eligible returned merchandise has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing and posting times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for ordinary returns, except when the return results from our error or when required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs, if available.

We will work to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
