How do I choose the right size? Check the size information on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, contact our customer support team.

SHIPPING

Can I change an order after placing it? Email 1413jupiter@gmail.com immediately with your order number. We may be able to help before processing or shipping begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

How much does shipping cost? Available shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Costs depend on the items and delivery destination.

When will my order ship? Orders are processed according to the timeframe published on our Shipping & Delivery page. Carrier transit time is additional.

Will I receive tracking information? Tracking is provided when the selected shipping service supports it. Some small accessory mailings may not include tracking.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return a T-shirt or hoodie? Yes. Eligible unworn, unwashed apparel in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for details.

Can I exchange for another size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Size exchanges depend on inventory availability.

Can I return stickers or wristbands? Stickers and wristbands are final sale, except when damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

THE MOVEMENT

Do I need to buy anything to make my declaration? No. Making the declaration and participating in the movement do not require a purchase.

Will my testimony be shared publicly? Not automatically. We request separate permission before sharing a submitted testimony. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
